GREENS - A household favourite and daily staple for me! Red Dragon Greens is hands down one of the best greens products on the market I've tried. The are a great booster in addition to a balanced whole foods based diet approach. My go-to flavour is for sure Breakfast Juice!
FIREBALL BLACK - Hands down my favourite go to pre workout fat burner (and possibly my all time favourite Red Dragon product). Fireball Black is a handy supplement to boost your performance in the gym. It contains 300mg of caffeine from natural sources in a full scoop serving. Take 20-30 minutes before your gym session for that extra burst of energy!! My favourite flavour would have to be Sour Watermelon! Pair this with Red Dragon Pump in Peach Hearts for that extra boost!!
WHEY - Dragon Whey Protein aids and assists in hitting those daily protein targets. Dragon Whey is a staple in my daily diet, the fine consistency mixes amazing with water, milk, yoghurt, or anything else you add it too! It is a hard pick for me between Vanilla and Hokey Pokey for my top place! Either are a perfect addition to our overnight oats and yoghurt bowls!!
